Round Oriental Rugs

Round Oriental Rugs are a lot less common than their rectangular counterpart.  Round rugs are actually a fairly new idea, and have become more popular in the past couple of decades.  However, a handmade round oriental rug is very difficult to weave.  Percentage wise, there are only a small percentage of weavers who have learned to make these rugs round.  Therefore, due to the difficulty of weaving, and small percentage of weavers who can weave round rugs, it is more difficult to find round rugs and it is more expensive.  At Main Street Oriental Rugs, we have a very large selection of many different types of rugs, including round rugs.
